Super lively , glass of foam that over time settled as an amber brew with a beige to offwhite head
Aroma is roasted malty and dusty
Flavor is nutty toasted malty, brown sugar, crisp caramel, low to no hops.

330ml bottle, gift from Frau Eva, and shared during a rating session with Finn. Pours a large white tophead, spotty lacing, hazy golden-orange body. Modest malt-fruity aromas, mid-dry. Taste of mid-sweet malts and brett-like tartness. Mid-tart ending. Not in its best condition, perhaps. (Tromø, 05.06.2025).

Tap at Pulperia Corraeljo. Hoppy pilsen session ipa, huh? Anyway, I order this beer, I try drinking this beer, this beer is more infected than I was when I came down with COVID Easter ‘21, I bring back this beer saying it’s infected as fuck, barkeep tastes this beer and proceeds to say this beer is always like this. Conclusion? Fuck me if I know.

Tap at Pulperia Corralejo. Slightly less infected than the hoppy pilsen session IPA was but still more infected than any beer ever should be (which is none). Either practice QC or talk to your partners to clean their lines and dont claim that a beer is not infected when it clearly is.

Mild Aroma faint pumpkin. Although mild, it feels fullbodied from the Aroma. Flavor is pumpkin, tons of Christmas spices like cinnamon, great malty base. Very spicy beer, but I think they pulled it off

aroma of us hops, aromatic and well balanced sweet and malty mals, really good apa aroma. flavor is flowery and aromatic hops, pine, grapefruit, herbs, ever so slightly sour malty note that distracts a bit, the bottle also foamed over, so perhaps a slight infection - anyway - how the brewer intended this to be is awesome, it just came out a bit to the side. still one of the better hoppy ales from the canary islands.

Aromat skarpetkowy, w smaku lepiej - delikatny karmel, kwiatowe, cytrusowe, ciut pudrowe. Barwa złota, mętne,bardzo trwała piana z ślicznie oblepia szkło. Goryczka wyraźna, dość długa, grejpfrutowa, zestowa. Dość specyficzne, czasami wchodzą nuty alkoholowe, ale ogólnie przyjemne, poza aromatem.

Lekko cytrusowe, lekko przypieczona skórka od chleba, delikatnie kwiatowe. Barwa złota, przejrzyste, piana redukuje się do krążka, lacing znikomy. Goryczka niska, łodygowa, z tych mniej przyjemnych. Rześkie, lekkie, mimo swoich wad można wypić.

Mocno słodowe, palone, przypalona skórka od chleba, apteczna ziołowość. Barwa głębokiego złota, opalizujące, piana redukuje się do niskiej, śliczny lacing. Goryczka zaznaczona, palona z kontrą aptecznych ziół, niezbyt przyjemnych. Ogólnie całkiem w porządku Bock, taki trochę początkującego browarnika który szuka odpowiedniej receptury i jest całkiem blisko.
