Tap at The Hill Station, Hanoi. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is sweet apple. The flavour is moderate sweet with a crisp, fresh apple palate. Medium bodied with surprisingly soft carbonation. It's so hard to rate sweet ciders...

Draft - Sweet baked apple and Ginger. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Cooked apple pie with astringency in the finish.

Draft - Crisp apple flesh with some chilli notes. Clear gold with a decent frothy head. Apple and Chilli heat that hits the back of the throat. Chilli is a big hit, more feeling than taste.
