From the can. Resin and pine aromas. Dark caramel and pine upfront turning to deep resin in the warm, lasting finish.

Can, undated, drunk 3/9/17.
Moderate turbidity with a light, honey-orange color and a flimsy white head atop.
Smells lovely; soft and floral hops mix with light white bread-like malt sugars. With warming it provides juicy tangerine, amngo and honey. No resin and just a bit of grapefruit on the end.
Grapefruit and light pine up front but tons of juice and honey-like maltiness with soft wheat-like textures and low but engaging carbonation. Ends with tons of mango and pineapple but also a bit of sharp/estery simcoe-like resin. Sharpness burns off eventually and you have a very soft, juicy, but still moderately bitter IPA that is very drinkable.

12 oz. shared by Chalumeaux. The beer is a clear copper with a white head of foam. The aroma is tropical fruits and mild herbal hints. Dry, citrus notes come through in the taste. Medium body and medium carbonation. Maybe a touch sweet but still pretty solid overall.

12 oz. shared by Chalumeaux. It pours slightly hazy gold. Aroma has tropical fruits and mild grass. Flavor has tropical fruits, pineapple notes, some minerals and mildly grassy hops.
Solid session IPA that does not get thin in the body. (And it is hard to brew a session IPA that doesn’t come off watery) Very nice for the style.

Can shared by T.J. It pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. The aroma has some pleasant breadiness, honey grain, mild floral hop.
The flavor is a bit sweet and full bodied with more malt, corn and honey with a mild / subtle hop flavor. No bitterness. Very nice, clean Pilsener.

12 oz. can in a trade with T.J. Bright hazy yellow gold. Aroma is subtle grass, mild mango, honey, and sugar. The flavor has mild grassy (Mosaic) notes upfront, tropical fruits in the center with decent malt backing.
The one and only flaw is it has a lot of sugar. Unfermented sugar that the yeast didn’t eat. Dextrose or fructose components. Either way, it has a bit much sugar in the body. Otherwise the flavor is pretty good. The alcohol is hidden but that maybe the sugar hiding it on my palate. A little bit of tweaking and this recipe will be solid.
