16 oz can poured, picked up at Hop and Hound. Perhaps my favorite style this time of year. Dark, ruby red appearance. Tons of rocky foam head and lacing. Love the up front bite on this. Bold malt nose, with an earthy front, and subtle pine. Cool flavor, bold and bitter, with a nice warming feel to it. Nice middle ground between tasting strong and being strong. Overall a smooth imperial. Total standout within the Wet Coast lineup.

16 oz can poured as part of a four pack picked up during my first visit to the brewery. Finally made it! Really enjoyable pale here, and a clear favorite of mine between all the beers I tried during my visit. The can suggests this is just a plain ol' pale ale, but its far from that, I'd say. Really nice hop character here, juicy and fruity, balance really nicely with a flavorful biscuit like grain. Appearance is clean and bright golden. Lingering fruity hops that almost have a sweet side. Really refreshing. Would be happy to always have a can of this one on hand for a hot day.

16 oz can, picked up at Wet Coast during my first visit to the brewery. Enjoyed straight from the can, which is my favorite pale ale enjoyment vessel. Solid pale here, refreshing and on the lighter side pairing well with the early summer weather we are having. Smooth taste with a somewhat fruity hop profile. Nice balance of malt and hop, with a session IPA feel to this brew. Easy to knock out a four pack of this really quick. Very good.

A few pints enjoyed at Hop and Hound over the last few days. Bright, shiny golden orange appearance. A tasty pale here, cream body, full of hop flavor. Has a juicy feel, but not overly fruity or anything. Maybe a bit of an orange zest taste going on. Sounds strange, but it's not. Nice balance of bready malts, and grassy hops. Very low bitter hop linger. Smooth and easy drinking pale here. I'll probably get some more of this before the keg kicks. Solid.

500ml bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is light citrus hops some grass and bread malts. Taste is more of the light malts and citrus hops.

Draft pour, enjoyed at Hop and Hound. A thicker, creamy caramel orange appearance, thick cream foam head. Sharp malt aroma, a bit metallic, bready. Taste is an earthy grain, mixed with a bit of vegetable. Bready linger. Creamier body, and smooth taste as an overall. Some caramel notes stand out, and the remainder of the malt bill seems to separate this from others. Bitterness remains sharp throughout, and flavor sticks heavy on the palate. Interesting taste here, amd enjoyable despite being less my style of brew.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Hop and Hound. A solid dark ale here. Brown Ale. Black Ale. Dark Ale. However it gets classified, I'll just call it a good beer. I've actually enjoyed the beers from these guys lately. I'll be in the area tomorrow. I better make the stop and finally check out their brewery. A dark, but not dense, cola near black pour. Thin fizz head. A really easy drinking brew here. Smooth, soft rich malt character, the most subtle roast to it. A presentable malt bill as far as aroma and flavor both go. Toasty malt hangs on in the palate. Being close to Halloween, I found this to pair amazingly with tootsie rolls. The pairing alone might talk me into another pint. Very tasty brew here.

Really impressed with this cream ale. Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. A mostly clean, bright golden pour, a loose bubble head. Chatting with the room here about the style, I put in my piece about how it's typically a flavorless beer as far as my experiences go. This one has plenty, so I consider it an exceptional addition to the style. An interesting creamy flavor to this. Thicker body than most. Extra smooth. A good beer for golf. Or football. Or any sport. Is bowling a sport? Really enjoyed this brew.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. My local micro brew, hard to find breweries destination. I really need to road trip to some of the small ones. I'll knock some off this weekend, including this one hopefully! Slight haze, a golden orange pour. Active fizz head. Malt heavy aroma with hints of orange fruit. Flavor is balanced sweet malt and orange zest. I would swear this has orange in it one way or another. A nicely balanced IPA that sits on the border of hazy and a more familiar west coast style. Really good IPA here.

Draft pour at Hop and Hound. Mexican lager streak since I visited the country of origin continues. I suppose May 5 just passed, but still, the streak has been historic. Dark copper pour. Patchy, active fizz head. Near absent aroma, some plastic grains. Flavor is cool up front. Slight nutty grain. Some plastic notes, but subtle. A bit of a plain red lager for me, but plain is always better than offensive. Alright.
