Draft at the brewery. The aroma is juicy citrus, mild pine, with notes of honeysuckle. The flavor is lightly juicy with some pine undertones. The bitterness is moderate and not abrasive. Overall, I can pick out the alcohol quite a bit in the finish. For the grain bill that is not much of a surprise.

two 4 oz. samples at the source. Appearance is hazed yellow gold with white head that hangs around a while. Light citrus and wild tropical hints on the aroma. Light peach, citrus, weak florals on the flavor.

Nice blance. Medium bodied and finished with a mild lingering bitterness. Flavor comes across really nice. Maybe a real reliable flagship brew.

Draft at the source, 4 oz. Amber color with Nitro pour. Major earthy coffee on the nose with nothing else showing. Flavor has the base mild ale (Toasted grain and Burnt toffee). The earthy coffee takes over the base beer.

I just don't think I like the combo here. Thin earthy coffee mouthfeel (even with a Nitro pour). Not my thing. Maybe a different bean will fare better.

Draft at the brewery. 4 oz. sample. Clear amber color. Aroma is toffee, toasted grain, yeasts. Flavor is lightly herbal with toffee, and, toast. Mouthfeel is balanced well and mild sweetness. Well rounded and very flavorful for a mild ale.

Draft at the brewery. 4 oz. sample. Slightly hazy appearance. Aroma is fresh citrus and mild grassy hints. Flavor is lightly herbal with a juicy citrus character. Light grassy shows again. Mouthfeel is balanced well and show no bitterness at all.

Well rounded and very flavorful. Nice display of the hops with any bitter character.

Draft at the brewery. Clear in color gold with thin lasting head retention. Aroma is spot on the German recipe. Flavor mimics; Lager yeast, honey hints, grain with a very clean finish. Clean and refreshing for the style.

Draft/Fest. A- Pine. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Pine, citrus, bitter. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. O- Way more pine than citrus. Not the side of Mosaic hops I prefer. Pretty average.

Draft/Fest. A- Fruity. A- Purple color, dark liquid, pink head. T- Fruity. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, fruity finish. O- Okay, but not a helles like they claim. It might be the base beer but they had to have added more than just hibiscus. That alone would not make this that fruity or dark in color. Not bad but not what it claims to be.

Draft/Fest. A- Straw, corn, grains. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Tortilla chips. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- I've had many grainy tasting beers but this is the first that tasted like straight up corn chips. A touch on the unique side but decent enough.
