Draft. A- Cherry, funk. A- Pinkish color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Funky, cherry, mild cough syrup, tart, oak. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, tart finish. O- Lots of funk, I get a lot of cherry in here. A bit cough syrupy but the funk really helps it out. Solid bit. Touch acidic.

16 oz. can. This was a January 2021 release. Aroma shows bold bourbon, dark chocolate, very soft coconut. Flavor is rich and deep. Vanilla, brownie batter, and dark fruit that is cut by moderate bourbon in the finish. Some rum expression. Coconut is lost in the flavor but the flavor is layered. Gosh damn this is a beast!

Refrigerated 12 oz. can from shrubber85 poured poured into a mug. Slightly hazy golden with medium white head which dissipates quickly. Aroma is light soft malt, medium/light body, lower carbonation, and very little lacing. Taste is light soft malt.

Shaker pint draft at the Omaha Tap House (Downtown) in Omaha, Nebraska. The pour is a slight haze orange golden with a foamy ½ inch white head. The aroma is tropical fruit pineapple, mango and citrus orange grapefruit. The taste is the soft tropical fruit flavors, with a nice citrus grapefruit edge and soft bitterness on top of clean cereal malt. The palate is medium bodied, softer carbonation unfiltered mouthfeel and the soft mild bitterness to the finish. Easy drinking beer, I had several.

Draft. A- Apple vinegar, oak, subtle cherry. A- Copper color, clear liquid, beige head. T- Oak, tart, vinegar, cherries, vanilla, mild almonds. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- This was delightful, I wish more local breweries would venture into this category. The vinegar is strong but it isn't really acidic. I get subtle hints of amaretto flavor throughout. Good stuff. I think if this came in an unmarked bottle you could fool someone into thinking this was from Russian River, it's almost that good.

Draft. A- Booze, oak, caramel. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, beige head. T- Fruity, caramel, oak, booze, sweet. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- A bit on the sweeter side but that's how I like my barleywines. The booze really comes through but you also get a fair amount of fruity caramel as well. Solid offering.
