Draft pour at Lowercase, Georgetown. Poured to a dimpled mug. Very tasty and refreshing lager here. Smooth taste. Cool finish. Bring on the heat with this American lager. Cant sit here and pick apart the flavor much, but no off flavors. Some light hoppy influence. It's a light lager. Drink it on a hot day. You'll be good.

Pale gold body with lasting white head. Faint malt aroma. Taste is tangled and contradictory, now lager, now sour. A little tang in the finish

Black body with tan head. Herb and malt aroma. Malty taste with a bit of a hop edge which was what was intended. Long finish

Seemed so weird I just had to try it. Cloudy orange body with white head. Coffee aroma. Coffee and malt taste with creamy oatiness in the finish

Crowler. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of straw with a bit of melon, white grape and a hint of grass underlying. Flavor has a dry white wine note with a bit of melon and some light straw backing.

Ok helles. Some crisp malt. Poura golden without much head. A bit of a cloying finish. Tap at Outer Planet.

Draft 8 oz pour at the Hop and Hound fresh Hop event. Gotta try a fresh hop cream ale. What is that even like? Pours a hazy (weird already) golden yellow pour with a thin, active fizz head. Tons of garden hops on the nose. Tons of flavor on this cream ale as well, a style in which I feel usually lacks in that department. Thicker body, a cool citrus splash, and a refreshing drink. Has a light feel. A bit of a sting to it on the palate as well. Unique and tasty.

Draft pour at Lowercase. I must be a ticker's understudy or something if I'm choosing to order beers like this at fresh new breweries with plenty of options. I'm curious like a cat. I tried this side by side with the Mexican lager to see who wins the Lager Cup. Mexico wins. This is the only beer they offer in pitchers here at Lowercase, and it's the hardest beer to put a pitcher worth down, I'd be willing to bet. Pale golden, clear pour. Corn cream aroma and flavor. Soft "other" vegetables in there as well. Not really refreshing to my taste. I can get on board with an American Light Lager on some days, but this one was a miss for me. Update. On tap at Hop and Hound. I'd say it's a little better the second time around. Rating score adjusted.

Draft pour at Lowercase. Continuing my odd trend of ordering craft Mexican lagers as soon as I returned from my trip to Mexico. This one is a good reminder of some of the ones I enjoyed, though outside of the intense heat of Mexico, and into the cool drizzle of Seattle, the refreshment takes a slight hit. Copper orange pour, very clean. Little flavor to really write about. Slight caramel. Cool And clean finish. I'd call it a good representation of the style.

Draft 8 oz pour at Lowercase. Finally made it out to the new (not really anymore) location. A near black, coffee pour with an active, sticky head and lacing. Tons of roast on this. Bo shortage in flavor. Could almost passed as a porter. A moderate to heavy hop character here. It really stands out in this brew. Good beer to have of you want a light beer, but with tons of dark beer flavor. Drinks nice.
