At Falling Sky making good beer never stops. Since our opening in 2012, we have created over 400 different recipes!

Between our Pub, Deli, & Pizzeria, we have 42 taps of our own beer to pair with our amazing food.

Bottle pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice big pine citrus hops a great dark roast malt kick and some ash. Taste is more of the nice pine citrus hops rich roast malts and some ash.

Red body with thin white head. Full grassy aroma. Malty taste with a light hoppish edge. At first I thought it was something like a red pilsner.

Taster at LL Beaverton. Dark brown pour, skin of off white head, bring. Aroma is light, roasty. Taste is similar, very light, sweetness, cola, coffee. Closer to a Schwarzbier.

Black body with thin off white fast dissipating head. Coffee and nut aroma. Full malty taste with cocoa notes. Slim pleasant finish

Can. Pours a dark brown hue with a medium beige head. A big sweet cocoa and malty nose. Light pine, sweet chocolate, cocoa, sweet malts. Really is more porter than CDA. Good.

16 ounce can. Pours a clear orange hue with a medium white head. A light floral and citrus nose. Medium to high citrus, lots of bread. Lemon zest. Very smooth. Old school.

Taster at brewery. Near black pour with lasting creamy beige head. Aroma is straight up roast. Taste is roast malts with a big bitter bite at the finish.

Taster at brewery. Medium, clear amber. Malty aroma and taste. Lighr sweet, leathery notes.

Taster at brewery. Pale golden, small skin of white head. Aroma brings lemons and pine. Taste picks up the lemon notes, a bit of pucker, light pine accents.
