On tap at Methow Valley Cider House, pours a clear blonde with a few bubbles. Aroma brings out lots of wild honey notes though not hinting at huge sweetness. Flavour is much sweeter, with lots of wild honey notes upfront. No really much apple character beneath the honey. Nice fun cider, but nothing complex.

On tap at Methow Valley Cider House, pours a cloudy blonde with a few bubbles. Aroma is quite musty, with lots of dry hopping. Flavour is quite dynamic, with lots of dank citra hopping upfront, mixing well with medium sweet apples. Complex and a really nice harmony between the cider sweetness and the hops. Unique and well-constructed. Excellent.

On tap at Methow Valley Cider House, pours a clear blonde with some bubbles. Aroma brings out lots of fresh ginger, and a touch of raisiny sweetness. Flavour is big on the ginger and balanced nicely with raisiny sweetness. Not very complex but it's a fun one for sure.

On tap at Methow Valley Cider House, pours a cloudy pale blonde with no head. Aroma is bone dry, with lots of pear skins. Flavour is not as dry as expected, with lots of pear skins, and just a touch of residual sweetness. Solid.

Slightly hazy gold. Sweet apple with a bit of a tart note. Almost a vanilla cream finish. Nice sour to sweet transition. Good cider here.

Blond color. Very nice aroma of apples and apple skins. Dry cider, with correct body strength, and fairly acidic, with moderate apple and lemon character, and a bit of astringency in the end. Refreshing.
It has some more character than the average PNW cider, not bad.
