aroma is malty, and full of ripe fruit, with a nice yeastiness to it. Flavour is well balanced between the malt, and yeast, and the fruit. a nice dubbel, but i’m finding the carbonation to be way too much, but other than that its good.

tyipical tripel aroma, yeasty, and dry, with a touch of fruit, and hops. Flavour is bitter, and dry, with subtle fruit notes, with some yeastiness. A good dry crisp tripel, i enjoyed it.

a classic belgia ale. yeasty, spicy aroma. refreshing. very typical for the style but well done.

Aroma of fruits, floral notes, yeast. Aroma is moderate to medium sweet with a light bitter finish. Too sweet and artificial.

Pours a dark brown with a cream coloured head. Aroma of brown sugar, caramel, dark fruits, herbal notes, hint of liquorice. Flavour is sweet. Body is medium. Boring sweet Dubbel, caramel and brown sugar overdose.

Hazy golden/brown with a big white head. Aroma of malts, yeast, sweet ripe fruits, lots of sugar, alcohol. Flavour is sugary sweet and sticky. Body is medium. Too much cloying sugary sweetness and alcohol. Not good.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dallo speziato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, cioccolato, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso quasi balsamico, agrumi, banana e frutta passita.
