Super coconut now, all else fell off mostly but a bit nutty still, even some barrel left, but I won't score it against my previous rating. Drink fresh yo! But still damn flavorful, bourbony coconut nuts.
8MTS was right, even better out of bottle, sweet bourbon chocolate. Sticky and sweet. Warmed up still delish. Beautiful chocolate bourbon maple and I guess pancakes all perfectly balanced, not too much coffee and I love it.

Almost another still pour but a head appears softly, nice tannic finish stout, sweet upfront, short Pinot finish with hints of berries.
Perfect amount of coffee and bourbon barrel notes and vanilla sweetness, especially on the finish. Bit of a still pour but mouth feel is solid still, been a while since I had bourbon brownie notes.
