Plenty of oaky bready notes, didn't get much wine barrel, but mellow funk. 20230630, wow 5 years later it's super delicious, lots more funk.

(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm, 10 Jan 2019) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with peaches, bread and coriander. Fruity, spicy taste with notes of peaches, bread, coriander, hay, lemon and a mild spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

Pale, and hazy. Thin head. The aroma has some nice wildness, and a complex vinous accent, some sugars in the background. Dry and fruity, I get a white wine character, a lean pale malt accent. Balanced, soft, and finishes with a lot of brettyness.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle white wine barrels, saison yeast, and some spiciness. Flavour is spicy and vinous, with white wine barrels, lots of spicy yeast, and citrus zest. Spicy and earthy finish. Decent.

Golden-brown, like put the Stranglers in my head that’s how golden brown it is. bubbly head. Sweet up front, just enough hop balance. Clean and a bit estery with raisins, flashes of dried apricots, pears...bit of caramel.

Reddish-brown, thin head, a bit of toffee, the cask body is good, just a nice malt sweetness. First cask doppelbock since Eiche that actually works.

Amber and a touch of haze, light fruitiness - dates and currants and fun things like that, lowish bitterness for style. I like it.

Dark brown, quite bitter, lots of herbaceous hops. Quite a bit of malt, providing balancing sweetness.

Near black, vanilla, soft and sweet but still quite bitter. Very elegant and well-balanced.
