Pours a lightly hazy, light-golden colour with a fizzy-creamy warm cap that has decent stay for such a fizziness. No lacing is left and carbonation is mild. Beautiful fresh lime aromas with a touch of salt. The lime comes out nicely in the taste as well giving some good sourness, but not puckering. If there is cilantro in here, it is well-balanced to add to the sour notes, and not be too grassy. All-in-all, quite a nice refreshing lime Gose.

Slightly hazy, pink-amber colour with a mildly pinkish frothy head, good stay and some light foamy lacing. Big strawberry nose with the sweet fruitiness and mild yeast-sourcess. The taste shows more of the sour notes with the strawberries in the background and slight tart finish. Some nice flaky particles floating around near last pour. Cherries blend the aromas also. Pretty decent fruity Berliner Weisse.

Pours a hazy light golden-yellow colour with a peach hue. The head is white and fizzes quickly away, not leaving much. Big lemon nose at first with the sourness. Then, the ginger really shines. The taste is quite sour with some light tartiness in the finish. Lemon flavours are felt throughout. The ginger is milder here. Not really a Saison, but a decent low alcohol sour beer with lemon and ginger.

Can: Poured a clear yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of coriander with tart notes is pleasant and refreshing. Taste is a mix of tart notes with some dry coriander notes and subtle lime notes. Body is light with good carbonation. Refreshing with nice mix of tart flavours and coriander.

Canette 473ml. Couleur jaune pâle voilée, mousse blanche fugace. Arôme de lime (presque Froot Loops) et mlaheureusement rien d'autres. Goût de lime un peu artificielle, acidité élevée, léger côté salin. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen-faible.
