On tap pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is bread malts some spice and a touch of grass. Taste is more of the nice light grain malts and some grass.

Amberish colour, the raspberry darkening it just a touch. Aroma sees all three fruits coming through; raspberry most prominent with calamansi next then mango, lending accent. Lean, dry, balanced fruit, just a bit of raspberry sweetness, woody austerity. Ok the tart/wild thing is clearly what this brewery does best. Too bad there weren'�t more of them on my visit.

This foeder-aged pale is slightly hazy, either just a thin head. Nice fat brett aroma, earthy hop bitterness, pine and lemon, clean pale malt. This is good stuff, juicy, expressive, complex. One of the best beers I'�ve had in Austin.

I have no idea what hops were in this; they weren't listed. Slight haze, pale, thin head. This has a good malt base, lowish bitterness, and reasonable hop expression, though as usual any citra dominates.
