Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, minerals - bubble gum, apple, herbs - herbal, light berries. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20220107]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich apples, little sugar, hops, spices and fruits. Nice fruity apple finish.

bottle. as 4.5% Cider with lemon & chamomile So perhaps not Aretha's any more. There is an Ø symbol, so proably still organic. 5-700002-184238 aroma is dominated by chamomile that gives the cider a perfumey aroma, reminds me of cheap hotel soap. flavor is chamomile, faint sweet apple cider. I can't help thinking about soap and detergent, not really a very pleasing sensation, but the flavor is quite fine, is balanced, rounded, layered, complex not at all like a more sodapop'ish somersby.

bottle from coopmad Hazy pink, no head. aroma of sour and tart apple , herbs (mint, something sweet. french spices?) quite unusual aroma for a cider, heavy on the herbal side, but i think it works, although daring it is, the aroma is pretty herbal/spicy - sundried pyrenee mountan top kind of spices. Flavor is apple, green apple, tons of herbs, where i think the mint like flavor is a bit too strong. hops are well hidden, not sure if that was the plan. The apple flavor is quite sweet, could be bc of the spices. Not my favorite kind of cider, but interesting and quite well done - no off flavors that i can't ascribe to spices. I predict the ratings will be all over the place for this one, so give it a try..

ABV: 9.2%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, sugary apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sugary, apple, apple syrup, dry, green hops, apple peel - apple skin, green apples. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat.
