Launched in 2015 by craft brewing enthusiast and entrepreneur, James Huey, the Walled City Brewery produces quality artisan beer. Uniquely local, premium quality, and fabulously flavoursome craft beers in small artisan batches, using recipes that James Huey has been painstakingly perfecting over the last 12 years.
The Walled City Brewery is a multi-award winning restaurant and brewhouse. By having a fully operating brewery and accompanying restaurant in the same building, It is the first of it’s kind in the country. The ethos behind the business is to provide both locals and tourists with a “Taste of the North West” through crafting local, authentic, premium quality, flavoursome beer and food.

Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are hops, fruits, flowers, little lactose sugar, malt and has a sweet and hoppy finish.

Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy orange. Aroma and taste are strawberries, lactose acid, fruits, malt and hops. Nice sour finish.

Keg at brewery bar in Derry. A drinkable pleasant beer with a slightly zesty backing and notes of raw dough and Farl bread.
