Bottle 50 cl. Pours completely opaque black with a small, light brown head. Very pleasant soft whisky notes atop a chocolate smooth roast base. Rich, malty body, sweet chocolate and vanilla roast with a pleasant whisky edge. Slightly oxidized but in a good way. Carbonation is low but sufficient. No sharp tannins, no glue, booze is mellow. All in all just right! 040221

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a small, light brown head. Sweet vanilla aroma - and milk chocolate. Rich, sweet chocolate roast - REALLY sweet, but the roast biterness adds some sort of balance. But it's still a vanilla-like sweetness that remains after your last slurp. But a well made Imperial Stout. 061120

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a dark amber with a slight haze with a creamy and lacing, beige head. Complex, slightly perfumy aroma. Medium body, some dried, dark fruit, light molasses sweetness with subtle, Belgian esters. Sufficient balancing hops. Not the most complex Dubbel, but smooth and very drinkable. 061120
