Fra fat på Royal Gourmetburger&Gin, sammen med Børge: iflg den særdeles hyggelige og velinformerte bartenderen er denne brygget i en batch på 160 liter, og tilsatt Jack Daniels, vanlijestang og cedertre fra Tobakk-Sørensen. 60 IBU. Helt sort, med kort skum. Lekker og meget fyldig smak med mørk sjokolade, whiskey, kvalitetskaffe, konfekt, snev av marsipan og sigarboks. Mild bitterhet, nydelig balanse og ganske tørr. Farlig lettdrikkelig snop.

On tap @ Bergen Ølfestival 2016. Pours translucent dark yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart musty fruit peel, grapes, and lactic acid. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruit peel, lactic acid and musty fruit peel.

Big light brown creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish roasted, dark malts, vanilla, weeds, minerals, sour grass, chocolate, dark sugar, burnt toast, tiny hints of cigar. Taste is slightly sour-ish roasted, weeds, bark, dark malts, grass, minerals, oak, cardboard, harsh vanilla, sour coffee, tiny hints of whiskey and cigar. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry and harsh watery mouthfeel. Fair enough.

At Bergen Ölfestival 2016. Black with a creamy tan head. Sweet with chocolate, cookies and some dark malt. Like a dessert.

At Bergen Ölfestival 2016. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, some hay and malt. Similar taste. Fairly soft and with a medium bitterness.

On tap @ Apollon. This one has a kinda dark golden colored body, it's quite clouded looking and there's not really too much of a head on the top. The aroma is it spiced up. Allspice mainly, some cinnamon also. Hay like also. Not a bad aroma. Tastes a bit like a dental office smells like. Clinical and a little minty. It has a thin oily texture in the mouth and it's just below average on soft prickling carbonation. Some spices in the taste also, more hay and it's definitely mouthdrying - on the border of astringent. Watery tail. No huge experience really, but it has definitely reminded me that I need to see a dentist soon. 28.08.2016

Taste is dry mineraly, weeds, hay, heather, flowers, bark, paper, minerals, soil, cardamom, pumpkin, cloves, grass. Medium bitterness, harsh mineraly and watery mouthfeel. Meh!
