Aroma of malt, peppers and oak. Medium to full body with flavors of oaky tequila, chocolate malt and chili pepper. The finish is oaky and chocolatey with a tequila aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Aroma of bourbon, malt and chocolate. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, roast malt and dark chocolate. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Aroma of roasted coffee, malt and chocolate. Medium body with flavors of roast coffee, caramel malt and mild chocolate. The finish is sweet and creamy with a coffee and malt aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the taproom during International Stout Day at the Phoenix on 11/07/2019. Black pour with a medium thick foamy beige head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky patches of lace. Chocolatey aroma with malt and vanilla notes. Medium to full body with flavors of roasted malt, milk chocolate and vanilla coffee. The finish is sweet and creamy with a vanilla mocha aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Very hazy orange-brown pour. It has an earthy, citrusy hop aroma. The flavor has assertive hops bitterness with earthy notes. It's medium bodied and kind of different.

Sample at the CCBW Six One Pour festival on 05/12/2018. Slightly hazy golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lace. Aroma of citrus, wheat and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of orange, grassy hops and malt. The finish is fruity with a citrus aftertaste. Decent overall.

Light-bodied with a wheaty character and notes of mildly tart lime, yeast and malt. The finish is salty lime and wheat. Decent overall.

Sample from 2016 bottle #198/408 during the Local Love 02 tasting on 05/05/2017. Opaque black color with a medium tan head that diminishes gradually to a film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee and dark chocolate. Full-bodied with flavors of charred malt, dark chocolate, anise and espresso. The finish is roasty and dry with a burnt malt aftertaste. Solid beer all around.
