On tap @ John Doe as "John Doe Ale". This is a deepish amber colored one with a small and slowly turning islandy mild beige head. Smells mild. Soft nutty biscuits, a little bit of wheat sweetness and traces of toffee. Mild nose nothing to scream huraa about really. It has a mild oily texture in the mouth and it's just about average on the carbonation. Mineralish in the taste. No traces of the mild sweetness found in the aroma. A pretty standard vienna infused weis-ish creation this one. A bit dull. 21.06.2015
