On tap @ the brewpub. Ah, nitro one! Took ages to fill, but well worth it. It has a tall creamy icecreambrown colored head on top of a pretty much deep dark brown near black body. Smells really nice roasted. Dry chocolate. Super smooth and creamy mouthfeel on this. Tastes delicious also! Roasted, both a little chocolate sweetness, fresh grounded coffee and dry licorice. Ah, this was a true surprise. Really flavorful, full bodied smooth and moreish. I could drink this all day. Impressive! 06.08.2014

On tap at the brewpub. Black (my picture). Honey, roasted and coffee aroma. Hops, roasty, coffee and wine. Nice robust porter.

Pitch black color, big brownish head. Lots of licorice, burned malts and hints of soya sauce in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Salt licorice dominates toasted flavor, perhaps a bit milky and tart too. Late hops and licorice in the aftertaste. Quite good. Not breathtaking but good.

I supposingly had this one. Clear golden color, creamy off-white head. Aroma of cereals, metal and sweet maltyness. Medium-bodied. A bit harsh slightly hoppy front, sweet berryish maltyness, bock-like flavor. Quite alcoholic and strange for house beer.

Pale color with a white head. Tastes grassy and feels smooth in the mouth. A crisp lager that has sufficient hops to stand out in the pale lager crowd. Some malts. Overall pretty good for what it is and nice to try a Spanish micro-brew.

Golden lager with a thick lacing white head. In aroma, a light caramel malt. In mouth, a pleasing caramel malt with light german hopping. Medium bodied. On tap at the bar. Mid Nov. 2006.

From tap at the brewpub/tapas bar. Pours clear and golden yellow with a dense off-white head. Brewing cereal aroma, light bitterness showing through. Sweet cornish and mild spiced flavour. Shows a light caramel note to the sweetness. Light bitterness into the finish. Ends medium dry. Not bad.

Golden color; creamy head. The aroma is simple, better the taste, malty, with a quite strong bitterness, more German style than the typical Spanish lager: it has some crispy and caramelly hop.

In the bar they serve also another beer called Mezquita: it’s simply a mix of the Rubia/Märzen and Guinness.
