I would not have suspected Royal brewery to come up with a good alco-free beer. But this is clearly one of the better ones
It even won some award as "best alcohol-free beer" in 2024
Different than a regular beer (as many alco-free beers are), but stands on its own, refreshing, full and good

20/9/2025. Bottle from Raja Stores, Ipswich. Good pour. Aroma is fruity, malted, roasted, dried fruits, chocolate. Medium sweetness, light to moderate roasted bitterness. Medium bodied, very smooth, soft carbonation. Better than expected.

Bottle from the international store in Woking I forget the name of. Opaque dark cola brown. Foamy off-white head soon almost entirely disappears. Aroma is sweet and malty. Not overpowering. Slightly citrusy edge. Flavourwise it has sweet syrupy malts with a cola citrus edge. Medium bodied. O8ly. Average carbonation..Long ever so slightly astringent finish. Alright for what it is.

Crap. Popular in Italy due to a successful marketing campaign i guess never seen it abroad maybe exept France where apparently good beer isn't common knowledge. This brew is the choice of drunkards after Campari because it's cheap strong and appealing. Looks ok with a darker shade of gols, crystal clear and a nice head. Flavor is nasty, metallic and alcohol all over the place with some winey amd starchy notes. Finis is... Whatever. I call this petrol for a reason.
