300ml at the brew pub, student campus, Vienna. Served at a perfect drinking temperature. (Almost) clear amber body. Fading foam, but great lacing on the glass. Moderate aroma of pale malt. Toasty flavour mixed with riped fruity hints. Dry and smooth on the swallow (04.12.2007).

500ml vom Fass (4.9% ABV) at the brew pub, student campus, Wien. Unfiltered beer with an unclear golden body and a lasting, creamy head. Light malty aroma and taste. The flavour also brings a touch of sweet fruits. Rounded palate. Refreshing after a guided tour at the university (04.12.2007).

Deep golden with brief, fairly creamy head. Bitter wormwood aroma. Sweet and fruity with simple maltiness. The addition of a lot of spices adds a dimension to an otherwise simple beer.
