On tap. Pours with a clear amber body with an off-white head. Aroma is buttery, toast, caramel, bread. Flavors are fruity, buttery, bread, bleach. Lively bubbles, with a medium to light body. A pretty tasty example of a style I dislike.

On tap. Pours with a amber to deep brown body and a large tan head. Aroma is hoppy, coffee, toffee, sesame. Taste is brown sugar, toffee, hoppy, orange, coffee, nutty, with a light, sort of rochefort-esque finishing note (not unpleasant). Lively bubbles.

Cloudy amber with a medium to large beige head. Hoppy aroma with pine, grapefruits, lemons and malty notes. Hoppy flavour with grapefruits, pine and lemons. Not the freshest of hops and they came out dusty. Nice though.

Hazy amber with a lasting tan head. Huge peach and apricot hop aroma with a touch of alcohol. Sweet fruity flavour with peach and a little toffee malt. Rather bitter

Black with a lasting tan head. Aroma of licorice, toffee, biscuit and a hint of mint. Sweetish and rather thin malty flavour with licorice notes

Sample at the brewpub. The beer pours black with a thick brown head that recedes slowly. Large patches of lacing on the glass. Big chocolatey aroma with vanilla and coffee notes. Rather full body with flavors of bittersweet chocolate, coffee and caramel malt. The finish is reminiscent of an iced mocha. Pretty good all around.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear bright orange color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Floral hops and sweet malt in the nose. Medium body with a moderately bitter hops character that has floral and citrus notes. Sweet caramel malt in the background as well. The finish is hoppy with a lingering citrus aftertaste. Pretty good IIPA overall.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a clear dark amber-copper color with a thin and creamy light beige head that recedes slowly. Sheet of lacing on the glass. Hoppy aroma that has some dark fruity notes. Medium body with a moderately hoppy character accented by sweet malt, toffee and fruit. The finish is hoppy with a fruity aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a clear straw color with a medium bubbly white head that evaporates steadily. Thin rings of lacing on the glass. The aroma is hoppy and somewhat yeasty at the same time. Medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, yeast and malt. The finish is hoppy at first and leaves a sweet fruity aftertaste. Decent hybrid overall.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours black with a brownish tinge around the edges. Medium beige head that lasts awhile. Roasty aroma with grassy hops notes. Medium body with flavors of hops, roasted malt and a bit of citrus. The finish is hoppy with a lingering toasted bread aftertaste. Good brew all around.
