On tap at PP San Clemente. Pours with very little head and a gold-bronze body. Aroma of pine and light citrus. Taste is bitter, caramel, pine and orange. Light bubbles. Solid IPA.

On tap at PP San Clemente. Pours with a slightly hazed golden body and a light off-white head that leaves great lace. Aroma of mango, pine and caramel. Taste is pine, herbal, caramel and needles. Really a great hop profile, and like other PP IPA’s very well done. Creamy mouthfeel and light bubbles.

Draft in Carlsbad. A pale golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt, hops, and spices. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of hops, spices, and herbs, leading to a dry and very bitter, hoppy, and spicy finish. The body is light.

Draft at San Clemente. A deep red beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of caramel, alcohol, and nuts. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of caramel and alcohol, as well as medium notes of malt and nuts, leading to a dry, nutty, and alcoholic finish. The alcohol leaves a burn on the palate.

Draft at San Clemente. A very black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt, roasted malt, and nuts as well as lighter notes of chocolate and soy sauce. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hard roasted malt, lending it a bit of acidity, and cocoa beans, as well as light notes of nuts.

Draft at San Clemente. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of wheat and light notes of banana. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of wheat as well as notes of yeast and banana esters.

Draft. Dark bronze beer with a tan head. Nice light smoke/roast aroma with caramel. Light smoke and caramel flavor with some fruitiness and light sweetness. Medium-plus bodied. Caramel and dark fruitiness lingers with a light sweetness. Sweetness and fruit gets more and more in the way.

Tap at Sacramento Brewing Company. Dark amber color with a good light tan head. Rich caramel malt aroma. Full bodied with creamy carbonation. Flavor is sweetish dark very lightly smokey caramel with fruity/floral hop notes. Finishes with a touch of dirt that suddenly flows away leaving mild caramel toast and fruit sweetness. Truly mouth smacking.

Draft. Blackish beer with a tan head. Light grapefruit aroma with malt. Light roasty, caramel, darker malt flavor with light chocolate and some grapefruit. Medium body. Light chocolate and caramel lingers with some hops.

Draft in San Clemente. A hazy amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with a super lovely hop note lending the beer grass and grapefruit. The flavor is sweet again with a super lovely and very fresh hoppy note of grass, grapefruit, pine needles, and spices. Great.
