Description
Munkebo Brewery was founded in late 2013 when our brew master returned to Denmark after working in a Brewery, in the German mountains. We brew our beer at different breweries, but mainly in Denmark with colab’s various places at other breweries at home and abroad. Munkebo moved in 2019 from the old base at Kerteminde to the harbor in Odense, in an old warehouse from the 17th century.

Tap@Ølfestival København 2018, Copenhagen - fuzzy golden coloured pour with white head. Citrus fruity hoppy and malty, grapefruit, lemon, straw, pale malty support, some grassy and floral nuances, hoppy bitter finish.

Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of grass, citrus and juniper. Sweet malty flavour with citrus hops and a hint of juniper.

Bottle @ Odense. Pours Hazy yellow with a White head. Nose is grains and spices. Berries. A bit of alcohol. Dusty Short Warming finish.

KØ18. Good citric and malty aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is malty and slightly sweet with an uncompromising bitterness. Clean, though.
