Can from BeerDome, Grootegaste, Netherlands, Thursday 2nd December 2021, we had Salmon and Cream Cheese Stuffed Pasta Shells for tea, listening to Marc Riley on 6 Music. Pours a murky yellow gold with a white head. I am not convinced that this is an out and out West Coast IPA but regardless it’s a very decent IPA, some melon, fruity, bitter and yet a little juicy but good.

440ml can. Hazy, orangey, dark golden colour with minimally late awakening, average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy and tropical fruity, slightly leafy-grassy, hoppy and minimally sugary, malty aroma, notes of mango, orange, passion fruit, some mandarine. Taste is sweet-ish, bitter, minimally tart, tropical and citrusy fruity hoppy, slightly sugary malty, notes of mango, passion fruit, some orange, guava, mandarine, leafy-grassy overtones. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Rather sugary, but overall a good balance of sweet, bitter and tart aspects - not bad.
