Servida en copa Teku, color amarillo claro, muy turbia, corona de espuma blanca, abundante y persistente, que bonito aspecto. En nariz agradable y muy seductor aroma a malta, levadura, pomelo, resina, uva... En boca es de cuerpo medio, bien carbonatada, notablemente amarga y afrutada con notas dulces de fondo, puntito ácido y cítrico, refrescante, bien jugosa. Un primor de cerveza, muy bien hecha.

Can 33 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a small, off-white head. Funny, odd sap aroma - seems artifically added, but I kinda like it. Thin and watery body with a very bitter finish. Low carbonation. Weird one. 130224

En pinta, color ámbar rojizo, limpia, espuma blanco amarillento de media-corta retención. En nariz notas aromáticas de caramelo, malta, lúpulo, madera, resina y potorro. En boca tiene carácter, es moderadamente dulce y decididamente amarga, notas en boca que casan con su aroma, tiene un final y un retrogusto bastante puntiagudo que me recuerda a los posos del té, afiladamente amargos, lo cual no me fascina mucho, es mas casi diría que me molesta, aprecio su calidad pero definitivamente esta no es mi cerveza

Catada en schnifter. Color marrón oscuro, casi negro, espuma beige de retención muy discreta. Huele rica, malta torrefacta, café, cacao, ciruelas pasas, licor... En boca es de cuerpo medio, poca carbonatación, algo oleosa, domina el amargor con muy pequeña nota dulce al final, toques de ceniza y maltas requemadas, retrogusto definitivamente amargo. Personalmente me atrae más por el olfato que por el paladar. Buena cerveza, aunque me invita más a seguir buscando que a repetir.
