quite strong pine and grapefruity hoppy aroma, good balance between pine and grapefruit, dry hops, not fruity or sweet, suprisingly nice hoppy lager aroma.
Flavor is distincly lager like, the style of clear crisp north european lager, but with a more flowery and slightly more piney hoppy bitterness. hops and malts balanced well, feels like a very good compromise betweeen lager and something more flavorfully hopped.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours black with a lively and lacing, beige head. Roast and cocoa aroma. Medium body, dusty roastiness, hardly any bitterness. Straight old school Porter. 260825

Drunk after the not-very-inspiring French buffet night of our tourist bunker. Clear light amber with thin head, apricot sponge cake nose with honey notes. Nice mild flavor of apricot, not much bitterness for IPA tbh but it's a good amount for a slim session beer. Tasty.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours black with a tiny beige head. Aroma more of molasses and licorice than of roastiness. Rich, sweet, malty body - but again more molasses and licorice. Appears like a Schwarzbier beefed up with sugars. No real bitterness. 140825

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear brown with a distinct ruby red tint and a creamy, beige head. Quite good looking, but very surprising for an IPA! Toffee aroma with some faint, greasy hops. Rich, malty body. Biscuit and crystal malts and even a slight roastiness - or it might just be the bitterness of the finishing hops. A very different take on a DIPA, not even sure if it could be termed old school. 140825

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, deep amber with a smallish, off-white head. Biscuity, slightly toffeeish aroma. Rich, malty body, caramel and candy like with little balancing bitterness. Odd underlying perfumy note. 140825

330ml tall mixed cocktail like can from Beer52. Pours a semi-hazed amber-gold with wispy white top, moderate retention. Its quite sweet with notes of wheat, banana, wafer, some pepperiness. Modest bitterness. Semi-dry, near medium bodied, starts slick then gets a touch dry and cloying. Not great.

Hazy orange/amber pour with a decent white head. Aromas are white bread, orance/citrus. Taste is banana, orange, some pepper for the finish. Not bad
