Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Lowenbrau. Pours a hazy yellow with a dense and frothy white head. Sweet fruity nose with greasy British hops. Medium body, a sweet fruitiness, slightly yeasty with a massive bitterness. Considering the colour fore of a Golden Ale, but then at 6%?....well. Not too bad though. 290512

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Lowenbrau. Pours a hazy amber with an off-white head leaving a discreet lacework. Greasy hoppy aroma - appears more like British hops. Medium body, a little excessive carbonation, nuts and caramel and then a massive dusty bitterness. Lots of IBUs, but simply adding loads of hops does not a good IPA make! Simply lacks a sense of refinement and aromatics. 290512
