Draft. Straw beer with a whitish head. Light spice and light grass aroma. Spice and malt flavor. Medium bodied. Spice and malt linger with light grass.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours orange amber with a white head. Aroma of fruity esters. Flavor is quite fruity, has a tart note, gets a little citrus and yeast. It is a very tasty Belgian.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours Amber with a creamy white head. Aroma seems floral pine with nice caramel. The malt is fairly strong, but the is bitter enough to handle it. Sturdy IPA.

Still nothing else to do tasting with Suttree. Clear yellow with virtually no head. Grass and corn aroma. Lightly sweet, some sourness, with a dry finish.

Ukiah ESB–on tap-pours a white ring for a head and gold color. Aroma is sweet light malt, some fruit, some herbal. Taste is sweet light malt, some citrus rind, some spice/herbal hops.

on tap-pours no head and hazy amber color. Aroma is mild sweet medium malt. Taste is sweet medium malt, fruit, some spice hops. Finishes slightly dry.

on tap-pours an off white head and mahogany color. Aroma is mild sweet medium malt, fruit. Taste is sweet medium malt-anise, fruit-cherry/plum. Some syrup on mouth feel. Nicer at cellar temperature.

on nitro-pours a “Guinness” cascading tan head and black color. Aroma is dark malt-cocoa/roasty, some acidic. Taste is sweet dark malt-molasses/roasty, some earthy hops. Minimum carbonation.

on tap-pours a light tan head that laces and slight hazy gold color. Aroma is sweet citrus-grapefruit/lemon/pine, some malt. Taste is sweet citrus-grapefruit/lemon/pine with some bite, secondary sweet light/medium malt. Nice gentle IPA.
