Draft. Straw beer with a whitish head. Light spice and light grass aroma. Spice and malt flavor. Medium bodied. Spice and malt linger with light grass.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours orange amber with a white head. Aroma of fruity esters. Flavor is quite fruity, has a tart note, gets a little citrus and yeast. It is a very tasty Belgian.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours Amber with a creamy white head. Aroma seems floral pine with nice caramel. The malt is fairly strong, but the is bitter enough to handle it. Sturdy IPA.

Still nothing else to do tasting with Suttree. Clear yellow with virtually no head. Grass and corn aroma. Lightly sweet, some sourness, with a dry finish.

Ukiah ESB–on tap-pours a white ring for a head and gold color. Aroma is sweet light malt, some fruit, some herbal. Taste is sweet light malt, some citrus rind, some spice/herbal hops.
