Bottle (2021) from Valley Beverage. Maple syrup brown, light particulates, ring of head, nice viscosity. Aroma is balanced bourbon, dark fruit, berries, caramel. Taste follows aroma, light alcohol astringency. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Nice complexity.

750 ml shared by tfontana, thanks! 2021vintage. The aroma it’s very soft bread like mall with weak traces of caramel and toffee. Flavor does have weak toffee / caramel with a very weak dark fruit. Bourbon barrel seems to have the most overtime. Probably should’ve been open 2+ years ago.

Draft. Golden beer with a whitish head. Light grapefruit aroma. Earth and grapefruit flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Earth and grapefruit linger with light summer fruit.

US Pint can from Trader Joe's, drank in Laguna Hills on 10th April 2026. Opaque milky gold with an off white affair on top. Fruity with tropical leanings in both the nose and flavour, decent in the afternoon sunshine.

US Pint can at my daughters in Laguna Hills on 28th March 2026. Obtained from a local Trader Joe's. Hazy/opaque yellow, white crown. Grapefruit and sweeter citrus fruits combine to give an interesting aroma and flavour, truth is it looks and tastes like so many Hazy IPA's. Nothing made it stand out from the crowd.
