Smog City Sabre-Toothed Squirrel Hoppy Amber Ale 7% Matte brown with a thick light beige head of foam and a hugely fragrant piney old school west coast hop bouquet. Medium to full bodied with bitter pine and caramel biscuit malt notes. Decent.

500 ml bottle. Pours black with short tan head. Aromas of dark chocolate, nougat, black coffee, vanilla, and slick toasted malts. Flavors of acidic black coffee, dry dark chocolate and toasted malts. A bit thin and hot showing the alcohol. Expensive for the quality.

16oz can pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice bread malts some light citrus hops. Taste is more of the nice light malts and touch of hops.
