Flavour is full of botanicals, with rustic saison yeast and wild notes. Lots of botanicals and rustic notes. Not a huge fan of the botanicals but it works competently.

Flavour is full of juicy peaches upfront, with moderate acidity, some oak, and some wild bugs. The peaches are really nicely expressed here. Excellent.

Flavour is wonderfully jammy, with loads of red berries upfront, backed with some bugs and a bit of wild yeast. Jammy and pleasantly tart. Lovely.

On tap at Smog City Taproom - Torrance, pours a pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is dank and oily, with lots of resinous hop oils, pine, and some sweetness. Flavour is surprisingly clean and smooth for a triple IPA, with lots of resinous and piney hops, with gentle dankness and just enough sweet malt to back. Dangerously drinkable and well-balanced. Excellent.
