As with the pilsner, this is very sour. Light cocoa. Light brown colour and hazy. Yikes.

"Pilsener". Hazy blonde. Tart, lambicy stuff. Way off base for a pilsner, yet presented as such with a straight face.

Draught at the brewery. Opaque black, dense creamy head. Medium sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Roasty with some candyish tones. Light-medium bodied withsalty bitterish finish. Well balanced and easy drinkable, but is a bit light and lacking in bitterness for me. I wish they’d challenge a little more in this stout.

Draught at the brewery. Cloudy reddish amber with dense creamy head. Perfumy and lightly roasty, somewhat minerally. Soft, caramelly malt builds a solid foundation. Flowery hops seem discrete at first, but creates a long, salty bitter finish. Harmonious and thoroughly pleasant.

Draught at the brewery. Almost clear golden, minimal head. Buttery malty nose. Medium sweet with soft mouthfeel. Alive, with chewy yet crisp malt character and light-medium body. The low hop rate handles the attention over to the pleasant malt profile, and does not generate a lot of bitterness. Well made and refreshing.
