Dark brown to black, small off-white head. Dark malts, roasty, light cardboard, slightly phenolic. Roasty, even smoky and woody with a nutty and earthy touch, slightly burnt, a bit rough, almost suits it. Quite smooth, light to medium body, soft to moderate carbonation, dry finish. Rough on the edges, some flaws, overall not bad.

On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Dark amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, caramel in the nose. Toasted malt, caramel, light herbal hops and touch of fruits with rather strong bitterness overall. Even a bit too bitter for the bitter.

On tap @Angry Moose, Varaždin. Deep amber/brown pour, one finger frothy off-white head, long lasting. Thick lacing on the glass it goes down. Nice on the nose, herbal and hoppy notes, fruity background. Clean and fresh. Medium body, lively carbonation. Average mouthfeel and texture, smooth, highly drinkable. Bitter taste, strong herbal notes. Grassy, bready notes. Toasted caramel, citruses in the background. Lingering bitterness, nicely balanced. Long lasting finish, bitter and herbal. Quite tasty.

Bottle. Very dark brown, almost black, trace head. Malty aroma, vague phenolic touch, soft, even softer and milder coffee. Lean, soft, but phenolic, slightly yeasty taste. Silky, if a bit watery malty body. Eh, honestly, by far the least impressive special LAB beer I've tried so far.
