Clear golden ale with a moderate white head. Nose: grainy malts, candy, spicy yeast, fruity hints. Medium minus body. Taste: lighly sweet, grainy, spicy, somewhat perfumey. Low to light bitterness. Nothing bothering me. OK Belgian blonde as I see it

Bottled 330ml.-from Sherpa Val Thorens, France. Yellow/pale golden coloured, small airy white head, mild citrusy and grassy nose. Citrusy, light grassy, mild spicy and light bitterness with rather watery finish. Soft and easy-drinkable.

Frothy light brown head soon disappeared leaving a spotty cover on dark copper coloured coloured still body. Malt, caramel & plum aroma. Medium bodied, tickly on the front with a smooth clean back. Sweet berry, malt, jam & sugar tastes.

Bottle. Slow gusher. Clear reddish amber with a beige head that settles to a fat coat. Aroma of toffee, toast, baked apples, a little citrus. 6+ Sweet but not cloyingly so with bitterness and spices coming in towards the end to nip things in the bud. There's a pleasing fruity/ bready/ toffee mix to the malt but it lacks presence in the middle.
