Flasche (金士百纯生 绿牌9度, 490 ml) aus einem Restaurant in Changchun. - Goldgelb, blank, kaum Schaum. - In der Nase nur schwache Anklänge an Bier. - Antrunk limonadenähnlich dünn, ganz schwach hellmalzig-süß, zart säuerlich-blaßherb. Vorherrschend ist eine aromenarme Wäßrigkeit. Gut rezent. Im Abgang sehr milde krautige Herbe. - Eiskalt getrunken sehr erfrischend wenngleich aromatisch anspruchslos. Immerhin ohne Fehlaromen, was für ein derart dünnes Bier schon etwas besagen will. (Verkostung: 10.7.2016.)

Canned from Changchun, Jilin. Clear pale yellow, no head. Dry, yet fruity and sloppy. Notes of rice and paper. Thin and empty, no bitterness. Not much off flavours, but absolutely void.

Draught in Shenyang, Liaoning. Pale golden, small head. Dryish and fruity. Lightly grassy/salty, light bodied. Clean tasting without off-flavours. Low bitterness. Amongst the better Chinese lagers.
