Description
Mala Gissona was founded in Oiartzun in 2015 by Iban Zabala and Manu Murillo. Its name comes from the old Icelandic-Basque pidgin expression ''For ju Mala Gissuna'', meaning you´re a bad man, used in the 15th century by whale hunters. They have a taproom in San Sebastián, the Mala Gissona Beer House.

Tap @ IV Feria de la Cerveza Artesana de Castilla y León, Lerma. Hazy golden coloured with an off white head. Nose is malty, diesel fuel, light hoppy. Flavour is light malty, bit of caramel, citrus, fairly bitter. Medium carbonation.

Tap @ IV Feria de la Cerveza Artesana de Castilla y León, Lerma. Hazy golden coloured, with an off white head. Nose is malty, caramel, light hoppy. Flavour is caramel malts, light grassy, Medium carbonation. Lacking hop character.

Ambar sucia, sin apemnas espuma. Aroma escaso, ligeramente lacteo y un poco a ceniza. En boca confirma caracter ahumado, desparece lo lacteo. Poco gas, cssi naday cuerpo moderado. Base malteada, sabrosa y sobre todo muy ahumada en boca. Curiosa.

Brun tåkete med lavt beige skum. Lukter fersken, ananas og noe karamell. Lett søtlig sydhavsfrukt i smak, medium bitterhet. Medium lengde.

Uklar lys brun med tynt hvitt skum. Lukter av humle og søtlig grapefrukt. Lettdrikkelikelig. Noe vannete. Ok bitter avslutning.
