Pours a hazy, lemon-banana, with big head. Aroma is dank and pungent, with citrus and tropical fruits. Flavor follows. Soft mouthfeel. Moderate hop bitterness in the finish.

Citra & Nelson?! Yes please!!! So fruity and dank. Mango, passion fruit, terrific nose. Top tier haze to start the 2024 beer journey.

Liverpool/Newcastle and NHL Winter Classic on the tellys.

Tap at Stuft Pizza in Milpitas. Pours a mostly clear yellow, with moderate white head that faded to a slight cap. Aroma and flavor are both leaning to citrus, with a bit of grassiness as well.

Tap at IBU in Milpitas. Pours hazy light yellow with moderate head and solid patterning. Tropical and citrus aromas. Citrusy flavor dominates with malt support.

Nelson isn’t always a natural fit for WC. Super fresh gooseberry and grape notes, despite a few weeks on the can. Nice dank piney profile. Perfect with some spicy noodles

Pours a hazy, pale yellow, not unlike grapefruit juice, with smallish head. Aroma is citrus and bright tropical fruit--definitely a pineapple note. Flavor follows, with just a bit of chalk underlying, along with moderate sweetness. Soft mouthfeel and only a hint of bitterness at the finish. Very good beer.

Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2023, Saturday. Clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma and Taste of hay, pale malt, straw, grapefruit. Easy to drink.
