Bottle. Very good cidre, complex, balanced, suitable both for session drinking and for sofisticated analysis. Probably the first Czech one which manages to balance sweetness, sourness and bitterness in a truly classic French manner. Recommended.

Lahev(Diky, Cuso!!!): Pale golden with greenish haze, rapidly collapsing loose and small white head; ripe sweet apples, vanilla, some apple skins and a tart yeasty touch in the background; mild to moderate sweet-sourish flavour, almost medium bodied and a bit fizzy, pleasant freshness; lingering sourish-sweetish finish, aromas of apples and apple-skins in the aftertaste. Bottled@omhper. Yellowish colour with a small white head. Aroma is apples, some dry wood along with mild vinegary notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, floral with mild vinegar and some herbs.

Bottled, thanks Cuso! Hazy pale yellow. Strange bubblegum and apple aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded spritzy mouthfeel. citric with some apples skin bitterness.Authentic cider with pleasant flavour, although a bit one dimensional.
