About
Based in the Mafra region, since August 2013 we have dedicated ourselves to the art of brewing. We create beers with unlikely flavors and aromas (chili and lemon, orange and oak, tomato), honor traditional styles and rediscover long-forgotten recipes, all of this developed in our precision laboratory. Take the opportunity to discover the "tailor-made" beers.

Dark brown colour with massive frothy head. Aroma certainly has some ripe mango. In the taste the mango gives way to a strange bitterness. It’s not quite there.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is lavendel, some herbal and mild wheaty/witbier like notes to it. Flavour is citrus, somewhat burning spiciness. Mild yeasty and doughlike notes in the finish.

Bottled, thanks andrepintado! Cloudy deep golden, gushing head. Big tangerine aroma. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lots of tangerine, some syrup, then chili takes over. The chili heats keeps growing. A beer with some highlights but the drawbacks are too obvious.

Review based on the BJCP2008 guidelines (style 15A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch T0315. AROMA: mild wheat background aroma with pleasant clove, vanilla and some traces of banana and bubble gum. APPEARANCE: golden color and hazy. large and creamy white head with good retention. TASTE: mild overall wheat flavour with a slight citric note. low bitterness with an almost sweet and bready finish. PALATE: medium-light body with average carbonation. OVERALL: a nice overall weizen that is a good starting point to some tweaking and improving.

Review based on the BJCP2008 guidelines (style 13A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch S0114. AROMA: slight roasted malt aroma with notes of dark chocolate. faint DMS in the background. no hop aromas and no esters. APPEARANCE: dark brown color and opaque with material in suspension. large light brown head with good retention. TASTE: moderate roasted malt flavour with a coffee-like character. low bitterness from hops and more assertive from the roasted cereals. finishes almost dry with a nice coffee flavour. PALATE: medium-light to light body with moderate carbonation. no astringency. OVERALL: a nice craft-level stout with good flavours and aromas. it would benefit from a more creamy character on the palate.

TASTE: initial medium-low orange-like flavour with a slight stale character. low malt background with a slight sweet note. high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. unbalanced. PALATE: medium-light body and overcarbonated. OVERALL: a beer with an unknown intention. very odd.

Review based on the BJCP2008 guidelines (style 21A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch SL0114. AROMA: an interesting combination of citric and chilli aroma that dominates. no hop or malt aromas perceptible. APPEARANCE: gold color and hazy. medium white head with medium retention. TASTE: initial lemony flavour, overpowered by a strong chilli flavour. malt flavour almost absent. low bitterness with a strong spicy finish. PALATE: medium-low body with high carbonation. OVERALL: an interesting combination but completely unbalanced, with too much spicy chilli and not very much malt presence.
