Bra'v - La Brasserie du Vignoble
Microbrewery
in Riquewihr,
Grand Est,
France 🇫🇷
Associated Venue: Brasserie du Vignoble
Established in 1998
We brew great beer classics like: Weizen, Pale Ale, Ambrée or Imperial Stout and also seasonal recipes with Spring or Christmas beer.
But BraV ’is also a little (hoppy) grain of originality! We dare to create atypical creations such as beers aged in whiskey or wine barrels, smoked beer and even brewer's mead!
All our products can be tasted on site at the bar, or in our Biergarten on sunny days. In addition to beers brewed on site, regional products will be offered to you in a menu that adapts to all seasons and occasions! And for those who would like to leave our beers again, our shop and e-shop are at your disposal!

Gold with a foamy, white head. Floral aroma with pepper and dough. Taste is moderate bitter up front, increasingly herbal and spiced at the back. Lightish body, moderate watery texture, moderate carbonation. A little more chewiness would do it good. Ok.

Gold with a foamy, white head. Aroma promises white wine, pears, and marshmallow. Dry, mildly bitter and a touch earthy. Faint tartness, lingering lemon zest and white wine. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Easygoing and untypical. Pleasant.

Ruby red with a frothy, off-white head. Caramel aroma with roasted tones. Nutty. Faint red currant. Taste is mildly bitter throughout. Body to the light side of medium, moderate watery texture. I’d prefer a little more chewiness. Decent.

Deep amber with a frothy, white head that lingers the duration. Subdued pine and peach aroma. Taste is bitter, verging on acrid at the finish. Body to the full side of medium, dry, a bit rough, and with a light warmth at the end. Drinkable.

Bottle shared. Bit hazy golden. Quite some bread crust, grassy hops, thyme, lime zest, caramel. Medium sweet and bitter. Classic pale ale, not spectacular but nice.
