0,5 flaske fra sjefspusheren i Lars Hertervigs gate, delt med Kitty: nesten helt klar kobbergylden med ok skum. Fruktig aroma og smak med tydelige innslag av krekling og einer (som forventet), pilsnermalt, litt citrus og urter. Meget forfriskende med saftig munnfølelse og mild bitterhet.

0,5 flaske fra Fristeriet i Lars Hertervigs gate, delt med Kitty: nesten helt klar gylden med ok skum.. Fin aroma av lys malt, bjørkeskudd/kvae, mild citrus og noe floralt. Smaken likeså - dette er en behagelig bekjentskap med en viss personlighet. Søtlig (og nokså kort) avslutning men allikevel med en besnærende mersmak.

Bottle. It's a mostly clear, deep golden colored beer with a small white head. The aroma is a bit sickening, with some forest-like notes, juniper in particular, as well as a generic fruityness, wet leaves, grass and some bread and caramel. It's medium bodied, almost sticky, yet not with too much sweetness. Mellow, with a rather low bitterness level. Caramel, bread and pale malts in the flavor, with some citrus zest, grass, pine cones, juniper berry and some leaves and bark. Medium length finish. I like the idea of this beer, but not the result.

Bottle. An small, dense, white head sits on top of a hazy golden body. No lacing. The aroma is mostly on the fruity side, with some pale malts in the back. Orange, generic citrus zest, grass and white bread. It's medium bodied and a bit sweet on the palate, softly carbonated, with a very light bitterness. Piney hops, generic citrus zest, grapefruit notes, grass and a light bready maltyness in the flavor. Medium length fruity finish with pale malts as backdrop. Not your average pale lager but quite decent anyway. 220903

Bottle. It's an unclear deep golden to copper colored beer with a small beige head. Some lacing. The aroma has a spiced, cellar-ish touch, with bread, light toffee and a light fruityness. It's medium to full bodied, quite softly carbonated, but in a strange way there too much carbonation, with a light sweetness touch. Bread and caramel dominates the flavor, accompanied by some pepper hints and dried fruits. Medium length malt driven finish. Interesting but not too good. Suspect some food to go with it would be a good idea. Some hearthy rustic food probably. 220903

Bottle. A slightly hazy one, golden in color, with a disappearing white head. The aroma has a herbal, grassy touch, generic fruityness, hints of orange zest and some bready, doughy pale malts. It's medium bodied and slightly fizzy on the palate, semi-dry, with a decent bitterness. Orange, generic fruityness, pale malt notes, some doughy bread and a hint of herbs and grass in the flavor. Medium length finish. An interesting one, but the doughy malts makes it slightly sickening. 220902
