Pours slightly hazy amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, herbal and corn. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with long caramel, corn and herbal finish. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. An almost clear deep golden to amber colored beer with a small beige head. The aroma is quite wort-like, almost like if it wasn't fully fermented before bottling. Bread, toffee, fruityness and some wood. Wonder if the juniper could give that wort-like touch? It's medum bodied and a bit cardboardy on the palate, with a very soft carbonation. The flavor is pretty similar to the aroma, although less wort-like. A bit more fruity, dried fruit mostly, and gentler on the toffee. Still not a favorite. 240626

6-4-6-3-12 Bottle, #0349, 15 months before bbd. Pours clear caramel golden, with a creamy head. Aroma is malts with burned bread crust and caramels, as well as juniper and herbal hops with heather. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is malts with bread crust and notes of caramel, as well as herbal hops with heathery minerals.

500 ml bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. The glass fills completely by off-white foam. A deep golden to amber beer appears very slowly. Aroma of grain and dust, some unfresh notes, hints of sweat, only a hint of juniper branches. The flavour is better than the aroma, malty with a slight fruitiness, decent notes of juniper branches, very moderate bittering hops in the finish.
