Bottled, thanks dnicolaescu! Clear pale yellow. Spicy floral nose. Very dry with medium body and oily mouthfeel. Grainy spices, lavender and pepper. Mid bitter finish.

Bottled, thanks dnicolaescu! Clear pale golden. Floral lavender aroma. Semi dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Spicy and peppery. Lots of lavender and herbal spice. Intensely warming finish. Interesting.

Palest straw, a notch darker than the Sec. Nice bright fermented honey, with a sharp cider like acid note, a little bit of fruit spirit, prunes. Not sweet, but just a little more rich that the dry version, resembling a drier ice cider or an icewine, with dry warming balancing alcohol. Quite nice, and not too sweet.

Palest of pale straw. Smells like palinca, boiled prunes and some booze. The taste is something between a light fruity white wine, with a cidery note, and a touch of palinca too. A little thin for the abv. Not very sophisticated, but still a nice light dry digestive. OK.
