A classical of classical of the Bavarian ground, a typical hefe-weizen of Germany. Usually and in the French part of Switzerlant, they brew more wheat beers on the Belgian way. This one is smooth with notes of wheat, banana, fruity, a bit spicy, 23.06.21, at the Galicienne, Prilly.

Interesting beer, on the Irish way, this one has more aromas than the traditional red ale. You get notes of malt, yeasty, fruity, watery, fresh malt, a bit fruity with a discreet side of ginger at the final, 23.06.21, at the Galicienne with Raoul.

Drinking this beer yesterday, acceptable one, was for me a bit boring, watery, grainy, smooth, dry, mineral, carbonated, could be more bitter, metalic hop, refreshing, 07.10.23, at the supper of the judo club of my son, at Epalinges.

ok, let's start with a very basic statement: whenever I buy a beer, I pay for it to drink it in the end...so, if a beer just blows out from a bottle and half of it is a waste, I am really disappointed - especially when the bottle rested 2 months in my fridge before opening (so, there is no excuse...) - this is the starting point, and this is why my overall rating is set to that low; huge, not too dense and quickly disappearing off-white head, hazy yellow colour; aroma of hay, some lemony (or rather lemonade with citric acid tabs and sugar), pear peel, grassy and slight orange peel oils; taste of hoppy bitterness and the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; what should I say? would have been ok, if I could have drunk not only half of it...

hazy brownish yellow colour, hue, de se ecru-ish white head; aroma of apple peel, some pear, biscuity, caramel, slight floral and yeasty notes; taste is similar to the aroma; not really a Belgian strong ale, for sure, but, in the end, not bad at all
