A not very transparant amber colour, with a couple of bubbles. The body looks a little bit watery too. A white, quite rapidly diminshing head. Sour, yoghurt aroma. Quite sour aroma, little sweety in the beginning too. It ends quite sour. I do not find it al bad as others do. I find this a very good gueuze-lambic, in the original interpretation of what a gueuze should be. I was as a matter of fact quite astonished that there exists such good gueuzes in Western Flanders were normally no lambic can be brewn. I am pleased.

Cyclamen red, slight cold haze; slim pink head, lacey. Sweet, fruity nose, very sweets/gums like. Not overly artificial at least. Slight but quite appropriate sourish edge around a sweet fruit base. Not outspoken raspbery, just general fruit (4 fruits jam springs to mind). Light bodied, not watery. Sweet aftertaste. I'm surprising myself, but I could live with this. Not half as bad as feared.

Bottled. Red with pink head. Sweet mature raspberry aroma. Lightly balsamic and very sweet with syrupy finish.

Hazy dark amber color. Biting aroma, sour, vinegar, apples. Dry, thin body, but with an evident sourness; vinous; some caramel.

Dark colour, pink head. Sweet cherry aroma. Slightly sour, slightly sweet flavour. Less than the average kriek, but it is brewn in West-Flanders and not in the neighbourhoud of Brussels, so I asume they have to buy their Lambic in Brussels, if not it ain't no traditional Belgian lambic.

Brownish-red, very clear. Pink-red head, collapsing. Typical nose of cherry-bonbons, artificial. In the background, slightly sourish-fruit smell. In the mouth, the taste seems OK: sweet cherries; but on the palate, there is this artificial cherry flavour again. There is a sourish flavour surrounding. Mouthfeel is a bit empty. There is a sensation that is not unremindful of the oils from the cherrykernels. The sweetness becomes cloying in the end, and there is a final tartness. Better as usual from this kind of source. Still this is not a genuine lambic, whatever the brewery may claim. I wonder what those '25%' cherries really meant to the taste.

Dark cherry red. Big, offensive jelly aroma. Balsamic, candyish and very sweet. The fruit flavour feels artificial and it is way too sweet.
