Best before 12/25, buying it directly at the brewery, Frastanz, 08/24, tasting it today, at home, with my wife, good job, dunkles, brewed on the English way, roasty malt, coffee, cocoa, rather dry, mineral, bitter, fresh coffee, light and powerful.

Buying this beer directly at the owner, Lausanne, local market, september 2023. Tasting this beverage, yesterday, at home, relax. For me, it is not a white ipa, rather a Belgian ale, even though, interesting beer, nice touch of coriander, lemongrass, 25.04.25

From the saturday local market at Lausanne, direct from the producer. Last beer of the night yesterday, at Epalinges solid ale, kind of old ale, a way that I love, subtle alcool and warm note, lovely touch of toffee, plum, malty, biscuity, a wind of autumn.

Rate 3.6, buying it in one coop, Brig, Gliserallee, opening the bottle two days ago, at Epalinges, relax. A bit burnt with the malt, smooth, a bit sweet, regular bitterness, basic and refreshing, not really an ale on the American meaning, correct, alcool well hidden.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy golden, rich head. Medicinal mango aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Perfumy mango, some phenols. Medicinal bitterish finish.
