Aroma is lemony, ripe apple and elderflower. Bready malts. Minimal bitterness. Some refreshment. Some overripe fruit. Dry finish.

Draught (Sir William's, Ljubljana) - Golden with a white head. Grassy and bready aroma. Bready and slightly floral taste with a moderate bitterness and notes of lime.

Tap at Sir William's. Very dark cola body, off-white head. Tartish soapy, caramelly aroma, eh. Creamy taste, caramel and coffee, light raisins, soft, dry, bit empty but okay overall. Not bad, far from the best.

Tap at :PROJEKT, with Hrabren and Ogi. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Heaps of herbal-floral and bit corky hops. Creamy lean dry taste, herbal-floral, light bitterness. Hah, solid take, maybe light malt (touch of munich t2) and hop tweaks (bitterness) and this would be excellent. Still, very good, maybe the best Slovenian take at the style!
